At our last meeting a suggestion was brought up that our chapter host a CPSA exhibition & international convention in Boston. I have emailed Paula Parks the national exhibition director and she is going to forward me the forms so that we can suggest hotels/exhibition space, etc. This is only a possibility and would be for 2011 so we'd have plenty of time to plan. I think this would be an exciting prospect for our chapter! Let me know what you all think!
Sounds like a fantastic idea to me! Will Paula let you know details like the size/occupancy needed for the exhibition space? That would be helpful in thinking of a venue... I have never been to a CPSA exhibition before.
Yes, Paula is going to let us know exactly what they need so we can do the homework. It would be so nice to have a national exhibition right here that we wouldn't have to travel to!

Kendra, it's a long overdue and wonderful idea. I would be happy to help out with the planning. Let's make it happen!
